The 6th annual Clean the Ferndale Up! returns on Saturday, May 20, 2017. A fun-tastic day for families, friends and co-workers to volunteer together for sprucing the areas within the community.
The 2017 primary project will be determined soon. Projects will include raking,
tidying, bundling, bagging, planting and recycling with the Department of Public Works
providing necessary equipment, mulch, plants and garbage bags while volunteers are
encouraged to bring a pair of work gloves, shovel and rake, if able.
Online Registration is now closed, but will open in February 2017 to sign-up and join the fun.
Community groups and businesses are encouraged and welcome too!

If you are not able to attend Clean the Ferndale Up, you are encouraged to make Saturday, May 20 your own
day of lawn and gardening spruce up day in celebration of community pride!
Recycling Drop-Off Station: We are planning to once again partner with SOCRRA
Recycling Drop-Off Station for electronics, paper, glass, paints and more.
The Recycling Drop-Off Station will be in the City Hall parking lot (between City Hall
and the Ferndale Area Public Library from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
